IRIEM Fellow and Member Election Rules

Applicants are required to provide five letters of recommendation issued by IRIEM Fellows, except for candidates specially invited by five IRIEM Presidents or Co-Founders, for whom the nomination process may be simplified.
Applicants shall submit the unified application form (with separate links for Fellow and Member candidates) together with their curriculum vitae (CV) to info@iriem.org.
Prior to 1 October 2026: Candidates shall be selected upon review by the Executive Committee and anonymous expert voting. Elections are held biannually, with application deadlines falling on 28 February and 31 August. Results will be announced on 30 April and 31 October of the same year.
From October 2026 onwards, Fellowship elections will be held annually only. Candidates shall be selected upon review by the Executive Committee and anonymous expert voting. All application materials must be submitted by 30 April, and election results will be released by 30 September. Certificates will be issued upon successful election.
