Dina Ziadlou is a university instructor, mentor, and expert specializing in digital healthcare transformation, digital health, telehealth, and telemedicine development. She has over 16 years of speciated expertise in the healthcare industry. She has served different key roles in her work journey including director of HIT and telehealth (SMBU), instructor (SMBU), inspector of health organizations accreditation in Department of Health and Human Services (DHSS, IR.), auditor of health technology and medical system in International Certification Body (SGS), and hospital consultant in digital health and telehealth development projects. She holds the position of Chair of Digital Transformation Leadership (DTL) in the International Society for Telemedicine and e-Health (ISfTeH) and she is part of the WHO Digital Health Technical Advisory Group (DHTAG) and Roster of Experts. She earned her doctorate in Healthcare Management and Leadership from Colorado Technical University, USA, Ph.D. in Medical IT from TMU, MS in IT Management from TMU, and BS in Biomedical Engineering from SRU. She has been awarded for several successful projects in Telemedicine, HIT, and digital health projects and has widely consulted internationally. She has several national and international publications in telemedicine, digital health, and digital transformation leadership. She is an ambassador of PCORI (Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute), a mentor-coach of California Association Healthcare Leaders (CAHL), a member of HIMSS (Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society), RISE Health Association, and American Telemedicine Association (ATA).
