Jian Min serves as an associate professor and master's supervisor at the School of Management, Wuhan University of Technology, and a visiting scholar at the Decision and Cognitive Science Research Center of the University of Manchester, UK. He is also a member of the Enterprise Accounting Standards Advisory Committee of the Ministry of Finance. His research interests include corporate finance, risk early warning, and intelligent finance. He has led and participated in 10 national projects, 15 provincial projects and 6 enterprise projects. He has published  more than 40 academic papers, 6 monographs and textbooks, won 6 provincial-level science and technology awards. He has also obtained 6 software copyrights. He has provided consultation for large enterprise groups and governments on multiple occasions. His research reports have received approval from leaders at all levels of the government.
